health & Wellness

Excuse our "dust".
where to start?
Health and wellness encompasses many things, including but not limited to physical, mental, emotional and relational health. Furthermore, there are many things that will influence all of these, including but not limited to diet and nutrition, exercise, sleep/rest, work-life balance, relationships and support systems, as well as attitude and beliefs. The good news is that any improvement in one aspect of your health will also benefit the others. Indeed, any improvement in your physical health will also provide some benefit for your mental and emotional health, and vice versa. Most (but not all) of the resources we provide here are primarily focused on diet and nutrition in the form of supplements (which come in a variety of forms, from pills/capsules, to shakes/drinks, meal replacements and more). Keep in mind that supplements are just that (supplements) and are not intended to replace a good diet, but rather provide some degree of insurance that we are getting what we need. An ideal diet is a well varied diet of nutritious foods in order to get the range of nutrients that we need. In the same way, I tend to use a variety of supplements, either in combination or on a rotating basis (along with exercise - I play soccer) to try to maximize their "insurance value". Having said that, we are not encouraging you to try all the resources that we are providing, but rather to explore what might make sense for you in your situation. Though I use some products from each of the resources I provide, I do not use all the supplements that any of the companies provide... far from it.
I will provide some brief personal input about each resource as I introduce it below and provide their link. For most of these resources, I will likely receive a small compensation if you chose to purchase a product.
But before I share those resources below, I want to share a resource for which I receive no compensation. I just think it is a great resource and I have supported them over the years. It is an independent organization (no corporate sponsors to taint their research and information). It is the Center for Science in the Public Interest (https://www.cspi.org/). They are funded by subscriptions to their newsletter (NutritionAction) and individual donations. I encourage you to check out their site. They share the latest research on health and wellness, including diet, exercise and more. They evaluate and name specific products to let you know the pros and cons, what is good and what is bad. They help you see through the marketing. Now let us dive into some of those potential treasures...

comprehensive
The first company that I am highlighting is one that I think might have the best all-in-one combination of quality affordable products that include great nutritional supplements (I must mention their new flagship 5-in-1 weight loss product) and a large personal development library, as well as a savings club and business opportunity with great systems, support and tools included. It is also a global company providing a global opportunity.
SUPERFOODS
This is the first nutritional supplement company that I got involved with and I have been consuming their core product for 35 years and I can only assume that it is part of why I still play soccer even as I turned 60 last year. Up until now, I have mostly kept this a secret, but now I am eager to share for those who might be interested...
holistic one health...
...For you, for me, and for the planet.
This company has been around for decades and has a robust research department that includes clinical trials and peer reviewed publications. Their products have been used by Olympic and professional athletes, as well as astronauts. Their product line includes nutritional supplements, but also safe skin/hair and other personal care products (avoiding many commonly used potentially harmful and toxic ingredients). They also offer safe and environmentally friendly cleaning products and are the first company to receive Climate Neutral certification.
